Pobyt bardzo udany. Myślę, że jeszcze tam wrócimy.
Naprawdę super obiekt za bardzo atrakcyjną cenę. Pokój ma wszystko czego potrzeba dla 2 osób.
Pokój ma okna na wysokości chodnika i trzeba zasłaniać rolety aby nie widać było wszystkiego na zewnątrz.

Buona soluzione ma troppa rigidità

Un deposito cauzionale di 500€ è un assurdità mai vista in tutti i miei viaggi in nessuna parte del mondo. Inoltre il rapporto con la struttura è stato complicato: solo tramite lunghissime email quasi minacciose sul mettere in guardia da comportamenti sbagliati (a loro modo di vedere) che avrebbero causato addebiti (ad esempio €100 se si lasciava la chiave della stanza nella cassetta postale). Per il resto manca la cappa aspiratrice in cucina: non si può cucinare alcun fritto che il fumo fa scattare l'allarme. Tocca poi aprire tutte le finestre, che ad agosto si può fare, ma in inverno? I cuscini sono scomodi.

die ruhige Lage der Wohnung
Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft wenn man entspannten Urlaub machen möchte. Ich hatte eine Ferienwohnung gebucht und bin in einer schmutzigen Absteige gelandet. Österreich hat Gott sei Dank noch viele anderen sehr gute Vermieter aus meinen Erfahrungen der letzten 15 Jahre. Diese "Wohnung" ist eine Ansammlung schlecht renovierter Räume mit wahllos zusammengewürfeltem Mobiliar. Wohnung ist etwas anderes. Dies ist eine Absteige. Die Wohnung war nicht sauber. Es lagen überall tote Fliegen in der Wohnung herum. Der Backofen stand vor Dreck und die in der Ausstattung angezeigten Dinge waren in der Wohnung nicht vorhanden. HInzu kommt, dass in meiner Abwesenheit ohne Ankündigung jemand fremdes die Wohnung betreten hat. Das geht gar nicht. Ich buche nie wieder bei Pia und Dirk. Ich kann auch nicht nachvollziehen, warum Booking dieses Apartment mit den vielen Beschwerden überhaupt noch anbietet. Ich versuche zukünftig ohne Booking meine Reisen zu planen. Eine weitere Frechheit des Reiseunternehmens ist es, ohne Vorankündigung einfach eine vorher nicht abgesprochenen Betrag als Vorkasse vom Konto abzubuchen. Ebenfalls war die Kommunikation mit dem Reisebüro weder professionell noch entsprach dies den allgemeinen Geschäftsgepflogenheiten. Ganz mies!!!!! Nie wieder!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
