    Appartement top, Gästebetreuung flop

    Schönes Appartement, gute Ausstattung.

    Schlüssel musste am anderen Ende des Ortes abgeholt und wieder hingebracht werden. Voicenachrichten werden von Fa. Weiss offenbar grundsätzlich nicht beantwortet. Kundenkritik wird äußerst uniteressiert abgetan. Ich empfehle der Mitarbeiterin einen Grundkurs in Kommunikation.

    Vom wohnen her war es nett. Da gibt es für den Preis nichts zu beschweren. Was uns leider garnicht gefallen hat war die

    Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht

    Die Unterkunft war völlig in Ordnung.

    Praktische Lage, aber Preis - Leistung- Verhältnis stimmt überhaupt nicht.

    Die Strand-, Bahnhof- und Ortskernnähe. Schlüsselübergabe war unkompliziert.

    Wenig bis keine Gästeinformation in der Ferienwohnung vorhanden. Z. B. Gästekarteinfo fehlte, WLan Zugang musste erfragt werden, allgemeine Informationen zum Checkout in schriftlicher Form in der Ferienwohnung (keine Infomappe vorhanden). Info über Straßenlärm ( Einsatzstelle DRK direkt gegenüber), Hauptverkehrslage!
