Location is fine. Train station and a tram stop right in front of the property made getting into the city center a breeze. Supermarket is nearby though they don't accept foreign credit cards. Some restaurant options nearby if you don't want to go to the city proper.

Wifi signal only covers the living room area. No connection available in the bedrooms. You basically have to spend all your time in the living room and only go to the bedroom to sleep.
