Het hotel is netjes, gunstige ligging en goed ontbijt
De ligging ligt dichtbij Termini station, op loopafstand van trein en metro. Hotel ligt in een nette wijk. Per dag kun je aangeven of je gebruik wilt maken van het ontbijt. Ontbijt is vers en uitgebreid. Kamer wordt elke dag schoon gemaakt. Airco op de kamer was prettig. Het was ‘s nachts stil in en buiten het hotel.

The staff was amazing, especially the person who did it all... He was so helpful with luggage, he was our bartender and really seemed to handle all the guest needs. The front desk was great too.

A decent stay with excellent staff, but room comfort could be improved.
The staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful. The room was good overall, and the cleanliness was average.
The mattress was very uncomfortable and uneven, as it was tilted to one side, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. The lighting in the room was also poor and could definitely be improved.
