Staff were super friendly, the location, the room it was all perfect, the kids loved the hot tub and being close to the pool. We know where we will be staying next time we are in Rotorua :)

Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful – really appreciated the quick responses and warm welcome. Room was modern, clean and well set up. Loved the private spa pool – such a treat. Heated pool, sauna and BBQ area were a bonus too. Would happily stay again. Cheers team!

This accommodation is a hidden gem! It’s incredibly close to the Maori Village, offering a perfect blend of convenience and tranquility. The free access to laundry facilities and BBQ grills was a huge bonus. Although I didn’t have time to try the sauna due to my short itinerary, I’m already looking forward to my next visit. The front desk staff were exceptional—they even fixed a broken button on my shirt! A wonderful stay all around.
