When I made the booking, the property was clearly advertised as having **two bathrooms with shower facilities**. However, after checking in, I discovered that there is actually **only one bathroom where a guest can take a shower**. This is a significant discrepancy between what was advertised and what was actually provided. I raised this issue with the property, but their response was extremely dismissive and confrontational. They simply insisted that there is only one bathroom and showed absolutely no willingness to acknowledge the misleading information or offer any solution. I consider this to be **misleading and deceptive advertising**. I booked this property specifically on the understanding that it had two usable bathrooms with shower facilities. Providing only one when two were advertised is not what I paid for. What is particularly disappointing is their attitude after I raised the issue. Instead of taking responsibility and trying to resolve the problem, they have completely refused to address it. This has left me feeling extremely frustrated, misled and helpless.

Great location and clean appartment.
It was perfect for our stay. Close to some shops to get some basics.
The fireplace didn’t work which was disappointing. It appears to be an issue with the remote but we didn’t stay long enough to get new batteries. I think it’s something that should have been checked by staff before we stayed because it’s a feature we wanted in our accommodation and if we had stayed for longer I would have been upset.
