    Apartamentul ofera conditii bune si este dotat cu tot ce este necesar. Apartamentul a fost călduros, a avut apă caldă permanentă.

    Apartamentul este situat intr-un bloc neîngrijit.Scara blocului, prin care se face accesul catre apartament este părăginită, ceea ce creaza o primă impresie destul de proastă. Din cauza unei defectiuni a sistemului de preaplin de la cada din baie au apărut infiltrații la apartamentul situat la nivelul imediat inferior, motiv pentru care am fost vizitat de proprietaril acelui apartament. Instalaţia electrică originală nu functionează notiv pentru care a fost probabil dublată de o alta pozată pe perete, ceea ce a generat o multitudine de aparate introduse in prelungitoare. Din cauza modelului de ferestre pvc instalate s-a format mult condens, geamurile fiind permanent acoperite cu apă pe interior si necesitând să fie şterse frecvent.
