Please note that there is a 2.5% charge when you pay with a Visa or MasterCard credit card. Please note the reception hours are from 14:00 to 18:00 daily. If you expect to arrive outside reception opening hours, please inform Alpine Motel in advance, using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 21 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. The legal guardian must provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Please note that a valid photo ID and a credit card corresponding to the name on the booking are required at check-in. Please note that guests are required to specify the total number of guests staying at the property, including children, to ensure the correct number of beds are provided. Additional unregistered guests will incur an additional charge of NZD 240 at the property. Guests are required to clean the accommodation prior to departure. Any damage or loss to the property caused by guests will incur a charge that will be shared and agreed on during check-in.
