    Disappointing experience overall

    Close to supermarket. Wifi was quite fast.

    Unfortunately, we had a disappointing experience here. First, the office where we collected the keys was not in the same location as the apartment, so we had to walk some distance to get there. The apartment was not very clean. Some of the kitchen utensils were dirty or damaged, and there were hairs stuck to the showerhead. There was no window in the bathroom (which is common in apartments in Tenerife), but there wasn’t a working extractor fan either. The bin bags provided were not enough, and the kitchen roll was dirty and already used. The furnishings were generally quite old, and some of the furniture was damaged. The double bed mattress was uncomfortable. The hosts were rude to us. We contacted them on Whatsapp to report a couple of issues: they replied once and ignored us the other time. At checkout, they put a lot of pressure on us to leave at exactly 11 am, not a minute later, repeatedly calling our mobile phones in a very rude manner.
