    Appartamento molto spazioso ubicato in un bel contesto, buona la posizione con la fermata del tram davanti a casa e numerosi ristoranti nelle immediate vicinanze.

    Gli arredi dei bagni e della cucina sono fatiscenti, il locale wc freddo e scomodo, nonostante ci fosse spazio per otto persone il tavolo da pranzo è piccolo per 4 e rovinato. Scarsa anche la dotazione di bicchieri, tazze e posate. La pulizia non era curata a sufficienza. E' un peccato, rinnovando gli arredi e curando la pulizia sarebbe perfetto.

    Deplorabil.

    Așternuturi curate, zona linistită, cateva piese de mobilier, vechi interesante, camere spatioase.

    Apartament neingrijit cu linoleu pe jos si un parchet deplorabil, puternic miros de mucegaii, mobilier rupt sau carpit, frig sub 18C, baterie chiuveta desprinsa, intrerupator spart cu risc de electrocutare. Multiple reparatii neterminate sau prost facute.
