  It would be hard to find a better place to stay in Santorini!

  The views are absolutely stunning! It is like staring at a Santorini postcard everywhere you look. Two iconic blue domes right outside our suite! Our own private patio with hot tub and tanning bed where we could have breakfast, relax, and watch the sun set over the caldera. It really was incredible. And the staff are amazing - they simply couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect! Thank you Stela, Christos, Marios and everyone else for making us feel special and making our visit to Santorini so memorable!

  Paradisiaque

  Nous avons passé un séjour absolument merveilleux à l’Altana Heritage Suites ! Tout était réuni pour vivre une expérience inoubliable sur cette magnifique île de Santorin. L’établissement est exceptionnel, avec une situation privilégiée et une vue à couper le souffle sur la caldeira. Depuis notre appartement, nous avons pu profiter de panoramas extraordinaires, qui resteront parmi les plus beaux souvenirs de notre voyage. Le cadre est tout simplement magique ! Notre appartement standard était très agréable, confortable, bien aménagé et parfaitement adapté à notre séjour. La propreté de l’établissement et le soin apporté aux détails sont également à souligner. Un immense bravo à toute l’équipe pour son accueil, sa gentillesse et sa disponibilité. Le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et prêt à donner de précieux conseils pour découvrir l’île dans les meilleures conditions. La piscine, avec sa vue spectaculaire sur la caldeira, est un véritable petit coin de paradis, idéal pour se détendre et profiter pleinement de la beauté des lieux. L’emplacement à Imerovigli est également parfait : un cadre magnifique, plus paisible que Fira ou Oia, tout en permettant de découvrir facilement les différents villages de Santorin. Nous avons effectué la randonnée Imerovigli-Oia par le sentier de crête en à peine 2 heures . C’est absolument magnifique et sans grande difficulté. Le petit déjeuner servi sur la terrasse de notre appartement était tout simplement extraordinaire. Nous recommandons l’Altana Heritage Suites sans la moindre hésitation ! C’est une adresse exceptionnelle où l’on se sent privilégié, et qui contribue pleinement à rendre un voyage inoubliable. Si nous revenons à Santorin, nous y séjournerons à nouveau avec grand plaisir.

  Notre appartement était implanté juste sous la piscine. L’écoulement du trop plein de l’eau était très gênant lors du coucher . Nous l’avons signalé à la personne de la réception qui a été très réactive . Pour la gêne occasionnée, la direction nous a offert un départ tardif à 14:30 . C’est un petit geste mais qui permet d’effacer ce malheureux inconvénient.

  Lovely location and fantastic management

  Cristos and his team are wonderful and nothing is too much from collecting your luggage from the taxi (many steps..) to recommending ideas for the stay. He made it sound like individual advice rather than a rehash as most hotels do. Breakfast is served in the room in common with many hotels here. It is a big selection and set us up for the day. We paid for an upgrade which gave us more space - two exterior day beds and two bathrooms. Plunge pools are pretty much the norm for better rooms here in Santorini, There is no TV or radio to disturb the peace but WiFi is good so bring your own equipment if needed. The location is right on the best view in town where endless ladies parade for pictures in the flying dresses so you can imagine the view. Easy to walk along the top into "town" to eat or the other way to visit Oia. Small on site Bistro serving good Greek food .

  We were unprepared for the number of steps in the hotel and indeed for getting anywhere here. Naive on our part! But it would be a factor if you had problems with endless steps. Nothing is flat! The rooms here are (in common with the other hotels) squeezed ingenuously into the space which makes for charming spaces, many in the rock itself. However, it also means almost no privacy as doors and windows open onto paths, some public. In our room, it was next to a door on the public path which meant guests walking past as we were sunbathing. Ok but no skinny dipping in the pool! We were in lovely October weather but can imagine that summer would be very hot for getting about and the room would be stuffy.
