    Tolle Lage mit kleinen Nachteilen.

    Die Lage ist super. Die gesamte Altstadt ist zu Fuß erreichbar.U-Bahnhöfe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Sehr großes Badezimmer. Außerdem haben wir nichts von den Nachbarn mitbekommen.

    Lüften ist schwierig, da Fenster von außen auf Kopfhöhe der Passanten liegen. Im Schlafzimmer kann man gar nicht Lüften, da der Hof auch von einem Restaurant genutzt wird (als Lager, nicht für Gäste). Riesiger Fernseher, der eher als Raumteiler dient, da er nur für eigene Medien und Streaming-Dienste genutzt werden kann.

    Die Lage der Wohnung ist fantastisch, mittendrin und trotzdem ruhig. Die ganze Umgebung ist sehr schön. Direkt um die Ecke befindet sich ein Bioladen mit Café. Die Whg.war bei den sehr hohen Temperaturen angenehm kühl. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend.

    Das überdimensionale TV-Gerät mitten im Raum hat uns sehr gestört. Der Abstand zum Sofa ist wie 1. Reihe Kino und zerstört die ganze Harmonie des Raumes und versperrt Platz. Auch wenn Gäste dies wünschen, wäre ein wesentlich kleinerer Bildschirm empfehlenswert.
