Perfect place for our group to all stay together rather than 3 separate hotel room.
Location is perfect. Within easy walking distance to Marienplatz, Hofbrau Haus and so many other sites.
The only thing missing is maybe a common room for everyone to relax in. The kitchen with its large table did fill the need though

A good large apartment in a prime location!
The apartment is ideally located in an area from where you can walk to most highlights including the Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz and the Residenz Museum. There are many wine bars, cafe's and a number of wonderful restaurants nearby . The apartment is light, airy and functional being served by a lift. One of the three large bedrooms also serves a lounge with a tv. The host gave us the opportunity of an early check-in which was very useful.
It would have been useful if there was a folder in the property highlighting key points; for example, where to put the rubbish, how to re-cycle glass/plastic bottles, where are the best places to eat in the opinion of the host. Where to find the local supermarkets, best wine bars etc. These little things helps anyone visiting Munich for the first time. Whilst we didn't have the need, there was no additional change of bedding provided, nor any extra pillows Google maps is at the finger tips of most people, however a small local area map highlighting nearby trams, U and S bhan stations would have been also very helpful. A few generic board games, like chess, droughts or similar are always useful, when you get those rainy days and cannot go out.

Great location and close to everything in the city. Very clean, neat, and secure. We felt very comfortable the entire time.
The only down side was the parking in the neighborhood. A parking structure is near by.
