  Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo anfitrião. Que nos envio os dados para ter acesso ao apartamento com antecedência. Tivemos apenas que lhe ligar para abrir a porta do prédio, mas era o previsto, depois a chave estava num cofre junto à porta do apartamento. A cozinha é bem equipada para quem está a viajar. E o anfitrião foi super atencioso, como não iam ter hóspedes imediatamente à nossa saída deixou-nos ficar mais tempo o que ajudou para ficar as malas até à hora de seguir para o aeroporto. A nível de acessibilidades, em menos de 10 minutos estão junto ao elétrico ou metro e há autocarros a parar quase à porta. Está-se a cerca de 25 min. de transportes da Stephansplatz. Tem o supermercado Spar à porta praticamente e o Hofer a cerca de 5 min. a pé. Fica numa área mais residencial, como tinha sempre pessoas a circular na rua nunca nos sentimos inseguros. Excelente relação qualidade-preço.

  The location was excellent and a 15 min walk to Vienna Central Station. Apartment was clean and tidy with all required amenties. Host was responsive to our questions and check in was seamless. We would happy to stay again. Great value!

  Cute little apartment!

  I loved how clean the space was when we checked in! The kitchen had eating utensils, plates, and cleaning supplies ready for use. The beds were comfortable and the closet space was great to have. The living room has a dining table, chairs, a couch, and a TV a well. The toilet and shower are in separate rooms, which was convenient with two people. Public transportation was immediately accessible and the local convenience stores were right next door. For the price, it was worth the stay! Thank you Rainer for preparing the apartment and your clear communication.

  There is no air conditioning for the summer. We visited during a heatwave, and the apartment was a sauna until the recent rains broke the heat. It's best to leave the windows open during the night and then close the windows, curtains, and lights off during the day to keep the apartment cool. The apartment is also small and works best for two people, but even then it's a bit confining, especially if you bring large luggage for the stay. The shower room is quite small and unfortunately there is no barrier besides a shower curtain from preventing the water from getting all over the floor. It's best to shower with less water and the showerhead pointing away from the curtain to prevent water from getting everywhere.
