    Your company lacks customer service, class, and most of all, doesn’t care about US citizens.

    I will make sure to tell colleagues that the place did not care to work with the client. I will also make sure to share my reviews of the fact that the company did not offer assistance with unforeseen circumstances. The fact that all they cared about was making money and not providing customer service to a US citizen.
