Das Appartement liegt in zentraler Lage in Neumagen-Drohn. bis zur Mosel sind es ca. 150 m. Es ist ein altes Gebäude mir einer etwas steilen Treppe in den ersten Stock. Eine große Terasse mit Möbeln ist vorhanden. Die Wohnung ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Kaminofen.
Die Heizung ist auch bei 12° Aussentemperatur tagsüber nicht angesprungen. Die Parkplatzsituation im Ort ist etwas angespannt.
