  Impressive accomodation in the heart of La Morra

  Wonderful spacious apartment, super-comfy bed and lovely linens, great shower. Wish we had longer here to enjoy it! Great parking, fab location in the heart of La Morra.

  Slight mix up with keys and access, but quick to resolve. A kettle but no mugs in the kitchen.

  Terrible - avoid at all costs

  There was not one good thing about this property apart from the town it’s in, La morra

  Extremely disappointing experience – would not recommend Unfortunately, this was by far the worst accommodation experience of our trip through Italy. We arrived in La Morra for our confirmed booking only to find that we could not check in or gain access to the apartment. We were unable to contact the property, and Booking.com eventually informed us that the accommodation had said they could no longer accommodate us. This left us stranded late at night in a small town with our luggage and nowhere to sleep. After hours of trying to resolve the situation and searching for alternative accommodation, we eventually managed to contact the owner’s sister ourselves and finally gained access at around 11:30pm. Unfortunately, things did not improve once we got inside. The apartment did not appear to have been properly prepared or cleaned. The shower and bathroom were dirty, there was toothpaste residue around the sink, curtains were damaged and falling from the rail, and there was visible mould in common areas. Several windows had also been left open before our arrival, resulting in mosquitoes throughout the property. The air-conditioning was another major issue. Rather than an effective installed system, we had a loud portable unit in the bedroom. After everything we had already dealt with, we woke the following morning to discover that the portable AC had leaked extensively overnight, leaving the bedroom floor soaking wet and wetting our clothing and belongings. What should have been an enjoyable stay in La Morra became incredibly stressful. Being effectively stranded late at night because we couldn’t access a confirmed booking was bad enough, but finally getting inside and finding the property in this condition made the experience considerably worse. La Morra itself is beautiful and we loved the area, but based on our experience, we could not recommend this accommodation.
