Wonderful stay
The staff were very friendly. We loved the heated pool. The prices in the restaurant were very reasonable. Very clean rooms and comfortable beds.
My husband hit his head on the bottom of staircase that is very low hanging. that is at the end of the hallway on the first floor. Our friends almost ran into it as well. It should be marked with a sign and the railing should be padded.

Buena ubicación, pero atención al cliente deficiente.
La ubicación del hotel, ya que se encontraba muy cerca del evento al que asistía, lo que resultó bastante conveniente.
Me sorprendió que el hotel no ofreciera botellas de agua de cortesía. Al bajar a recepción para solicitar agua, la persona encargada se limitó a responder que no había. Le pedí que me ofreciera alguna solución, pero simplemente ignoró mi petición. Considero que, más allá de no disponer de agua, lo realmente lamentable fue la falta de disposición y atención hacia el huésped. Son detalles que marcan la diferencia en la calidad del servicio.
