    Bad

    I was allowed to check in early, which is a big plus. The apartment is normal.

    The ad didn't say it was on the 4th or 5th floor, when I booked I was shocked. I had a 32 kg suitcase. And there were additional stairs to the house. Then my hands hurt. I wrote to the owner of the apartment, she said that the ad was written about the stairs, she lied, I checked, there was no information. I hope that now the site has complete information. I think it's disrespectful to customers. I picked up the keys from another address, with large luggage it is not convenient.
