    Die Lage ist wirklich super. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Stadt und am Hafen. Das Bett ist sehr bequem. Die Wohnung ist sehr einfach aber für ein paar Tage ausreichend. Die Tiefgrarage in der Nähe ist schon super praktisch.

    Die Treppe ist allerdings für ältere Semester schon anspruchsvoll. Leider war das Geschirr sehr schmutzig im Schrank, da half nur alles abwaschen. Es gibt nur einen kleinen Löffel und die Küche braucht mal "aufarbeitung". Eine Schublade fällt fast auseinander. Die Eingangstür benötigt mal eine Abdichtung , da ist ein großer Spalt ob. Ebenso ist der Handtuchhalter/Heizung im Bad sehr schmutzig bzw. rostig, lässt sich sicher verbessern.

    Sehr zentrale Lage, die Altstadt ist fußläufig erreichbar! Es gibt mittlerweile auch ein gut erreichbares Einkaufszentrum, wo man sich mit allem versorgen kann und lecker Burger essen kann ... Der Konsum um die Ecke hat bis 0 Uhr geöffnet!

    Defektes Plissee im Bad sollte unbedingt repariert werden!
