La amabilidad del personal y la limpieza de la habitación.
El buffet y la comida son muy básicos para un hotel de cuatro estrellas con todo incluido. Todo bien presentado, pero nada de calidad y poca variedad. Seguro se puede hacer mejor.

Habitaciones muy amplias, muy limpias y cómodas con unas vistas al mar increíbles. Gran variedad de los menús y las instalaciones impecables.

Vacation Tenerife
The location is close to the ocean, but there is no developed beach, and the area is full of rocks. The hotel provides a free shuttle service to the beaches in Los Cristianos and Las Américas. The food is good, and the price-quality ratio is decent. I liked that there were plenty of activities for both children and adults. Overall, it was a pleasant stay for the price paid.
The fact that I had bugs in the bathroom and the pillows were not comfortable.
