  Staff incrível e estadia relaxante

  Tive uma breve estadia neste alojamento. Foi incrivelmente relaxante. A vista é incrível, bem como as instalações: as grandes piscinas, ginásio, as atividades disponíveis (adorei a mesa de ping pong), a variedade de comida no buffet, as bebidas, as noites temáticas e de karaoke. Mas o que realmente se destacou para mim foram as pessoas que lá trabalham. A grande maioria com um grande sorriso e prontos a ajudar e receber. Fiquei comovida com isto e muito agradecida. O staff é o ponto alto deste alojamento. Não sei os nomes, mas a todos vocês um muito obrigada! Eu e o meu namorado tivemos de sair muito cedo para o check-out e a equipa também garantiu que tudo funcionaria para uma despedida relaxante. Abriram a zona do pequeno-almoço mais cedo para podermos sair com a barriga cheia! Gostei muito e se um dia voltar a esta ilha maravilhosa, será um lugar a repetir!

  Apenas uma nota e não fiquei muito incomodada com isto: o secador de cabelo não estava a funcionar nem o cofre do quarto. Não informei a equipa, pois não era muito relevante para mim (sei que se pedisse iriam resolver). Numa das noites tive algum frio e abri o cobertor que estava no roupeiro para usar mas tinha uma mancha que parecia resto de comida. Creio que seja importante informar para que não aconteça a pessoas que sejam mais sensíveis a isto. Acabei por ligar um pouco o ar quente para aquecer o quarto, sem problemas.

  przyzwoity hotel w rozsądnej cenie, miejsce parkingowe na miejscu, niezła kolacja (trochę gorzej ze śniadaniem - na przykład brak ryb i dań dla wegetarian)

  The hostel would have been better

  There’s a semi-feral cats colony that lives on the premise and it’s absolutely lovely

  The Structure is old and bad maintained. The food is all low quality and industrial, the “all inclusive” is a joke and very limited. The services like the pools are enjoyable only if the structure is not full in capacity,otherwise it becomes chaotic and stressful. Rules are not enforced and that creates a very unpleasant stay for everyone. The reception is abysmal,nor friendly. all the informations are to be pried by force, as nothing is forthcoming or clear, you’re left to wonder about everything. The rooms are not bad,but absolutely not in line with a 4 star village as they sell it. No amenities,those are included only in the “club” ones, the position all depend by pure chance, if you’re not lucky enough to being able to reserve the “sea view” as they call it. They’re not well insulated and that leaves them very humid, and if you’re unlucky enough to get the one in the first block, you have to track up the hill every time you wish to get out or use the facilities. The road to get to the rooms is steep and not very accessible for everyone, something not mentioned. The road to the beach is a non-kept road that takes 10/15 minutes by foot and is absolutely not accessible for people who struggles more physically, very steep and dangerous in some points.
