    Fine, good location, shame about the kitchen floor.

    Room was as described. Smallish but good enough for our purpose. It was nicely decorated and relatively modern.

    The bathroom smelt of cigarette smoke and when I wiped something of the kitchen floor with a damp white cloth was extremely dirty. Further wiping of the floor with the damp cloth revealed the floor was extremely dirty and definitely had not be cleaned.

    Great location and stay

    Brilliant location for walking distance to the beach and Westbourne high street. Secure and friendly service. Lovely presentation/decor. On site free parking.

    Lovely room and ideal location

    Location to Bournemouth centre and also to the beach was ideal - have stayed here previously and would definitely stat again
