    Deuxième séjour dans cet appartement qui pour moi coche toutes les cases: très bien situé dans une rue calme mais à proximité de tout. Il est très bien équipé et l’entrée dans les lieux se fait très simplement. Hâte de revenir!

    Excellent emplacement, quelques améliorations à prévoir

    Très bel emplacement, idéalement situé à proximité de tout. Tout est facilement accessible, ce qui rend le séjour très agréable et pratique

    La literie est le principal point négatif. Le matelas mériterait d’être remplacé, car il semble avoir déjà bien servi et n’est malheureusement pas confortable. Autre point à signaler : une prise électrique se trouve juste à côté de la douche et mériterait d’être mieux protégée, car cela peut représenter un risque potentiel. J’en ai échangé avec le propriétaire, qui a été réceptif et m’a indiqué qu’il allait prendre le sujet en compte.

    Goede locatie en ruimte, onderhoud kan beter

    Goede communicatie met de eigenaar. Goede locatie op wandelafstand van het centrum. Ruim appartement met een wasmachine.

    We hadden er meer van verwacht na de recensies te hebben gelezen. De kamer zag er niet gepoetst uit. De zetel, badkamer, vloer,… waren niet proper. Sommige voorwerpen hebben ook hun beste tijd gehad en zijn aan vervanging toe. In de badkamer hing er een vieze geur. Spijtig, want de eigenaar was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
