  Ani dobrze ani źle, da się przeżyć. Dobra lokalizacja, autobus pod domem, do dworca 5 min na nogach. Dość dobrze wyposażona kuchnia. Ręczniki i pościel pachnąca ale ogólna czystość i stan mieszkania nie jest powalająca, ale jeśli ktoś potrzebuje tylko do spania i wykąpania się, a resztę czasu zwiedza to da się wytrzymać.

  Grzyb na ścianie, nieprzyjemny zapach z odpływów, woda ciężko spływała w zlewie i pod prysznicem.

  Good location and responsive host, but many cleanliness, maintenance, and comfort issues.

  The location was convenient, close to Napoli Centrale train station, as well as cafés and restaurants. Salvatore was also always reachable and responded quickly to our messages.

  Unfortunately, there were quite a few issues during our 5-night stay. There was a strong smell as soon as we entered the apartment, and it remained throughout our stay. We had to keep the windows open, which was not ideal as the area was quite noisy and, at times, felt uncomfortable. The apartment also had noticeable humidity, and we discovered what appeared to be asbestos on the wall, partially hidden behind a piece of furniture. The AC was also quite weak. There were no toiletries provided, and only two rolls of toilet paper were left for two people for five nights, so we had to buy more ourselves. There was no safe, the closet was very small, and the TV was not working. The coffee shown in the jar in the listing photos was also not provided. The check-in process was not as described either. We were told that the door could be opened remotely, but it didn’t work when we arrived. Fortunately, someone happened to be leaving the building and let us in. The elevator was also not working when we arrived, so we had to take the stairs with our luggage. Most concerning, however, were stains that appeared to be blood on the bed sheets. This was particularly unpleasant and raised concerns about the cleanliness of the apartment. Overall: The location and communication with Salvatore were good, but the numerous maintenance, cleanliness, and amenity issues made our stay disappointing.
