    Worst place I have ever stayed

    Very little

    Honestly the worst place I have booked on booking.com. Felt unsafe going into the property, down a back alley with barbed wire and little lighting. Asked to leave the front door key in the lock box as it turned out there were several “apartments” down a corridor with a shared kitchen at the end. Place basically looked like they had converted a back store room into a bed room. Bed was the worst mattress and pillows I have ever slept on. I didn’t trust how clean it was stains on the bedding so slept in my clothes on top of the duvet. Window was at ground floor level on to a dodgy back street. No towels provided. I think honestly describing this as an apartment is a bit of a joke.

    Ok but the housekeeping standards need to improve

    The information about how to find the property, the key box and WiFi were really well thought through

    The floor hadn’t been vacuumed and the toilet seat needed fixing
