    Great location, poor management

    The location is great, walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Ground floor unit, direct access to the footpath from courtyard. Very thoughtful owners, well equipped kitchen, toys and books for all ages, plenty of big fluffy towels, blankets, pillows and cushions.

    Unfortunately the place is not currently being managed well. The agent send multiple system generated messages that are contradictory about when and how with key collection, causing so much unnecessary stress on the day of arrival. The cleanliness is less than acceptable, with dried yellow urine on the toilet seat, shaved hair in bathroom sink, all sorts of hair on all surfaces including floor, carpet, couch, beds, etc. Outdoor was not cleaned or maintained, with coffee cup left on table, high chair was out in the weather and unusable without a big clean. A change of management and cleaners will make this holiday home highly desirable.

    We enjoyed our stay, loved the location and thought the unit was clean, attractive and comfy.

    The location is great. The unit is clean and well stocked with kitchen items, books, games and toys.

    The bathroom fans are very noisy, the wine glasses were plastic and the courtyard was disappointing as it looked neglected. Sorry.

    Very disappointing.

    The location.

    The property was not fit for holiday letting, it had incomplete renovations and had not had a detailed builders clean prior to our arrival. A further clean was carried out 3 days after our arrival which was much better but it still needed a deeper clean. There was way too much of the owners belonging in the property to make our stay comfortable. The outdoor area also needed cleaning. Contact in regard to key collection was difficult and required a couple of phone conversations to find out if the office would be open to collect the key or we would need to use a key collection box.
