The location is beautiful and we enjoyed staying there
Mr. Hans was really helpful. He received us at the parking lot and also shared advise on the locations based on time and festivals etc.
The overall hygiene of the place can be improved a bit. The chairs and all the furniture should be cleaned thoroughly as it was smelling like sweat from previous guests.

Super nice and clean spacious apartment in the heart of the city
Super nice and clean spacious apartment in the heart of the city. Host Hans is very friendly and fun guy to talk to. He gave good advice and hints about the surroundings. Car parking for free in the garage under the house.
We liked everything.

Lovely quiet, centrally located apartment with a very helpful owner.
The location is the best part about this apartment. It is a short walk to the centre of Garmisch, close to the train station and the restaurants. The second best part is the owner, the super helpful and friendly Mr Hans who offered to pick us up at the station and came early to take us there when we were leaving.
