  • Die Schalldämmung in der Wohnung von oben nach unten und umgekehrt ist sehr schlecht. Mit Kindern in der oberen Etage kann man nicht in der Wohnung leben!

    An einem Abend und in der Früh hatten wir kein warmes Wasser. Ärgerlich nach einem Tag am Meer, aber fast mehr gestört hat mich, dass sich das Apartmentservice dafür nicht entschuldigt hat. Einen Preisnachlass hat es auch nicht gegeben. Auch die Flecken auf der Bettauflage, die wir nach dem Abziehen der Leintuchs entdeckt hatten, können nicht sein, laut Apartmentservice. Leugnung statt Entschuldigung.
