  Schlechtestes jemals gebuchtes Zimmer, massiver Schimmel: UNZUMUTBAR!

  Gute Lage

  Massiver Schimmel am Boden im Badezimmer und in der Dusche!!! Intensiver Schimmelgeruch! Zimmer sehr klein und sehr laut (jedes vorbeifahrende Auto und jede Bewegung der Haustür deutlich im Zimmer zu hören! Check in nur online über schlechte online Seite, hat lange gedauert bis es geklappt hat. Externe Hotline nach 18 Uhr war nicht in der Lage weiter zu helfen, ohne online Check in jedoch keinerlei Möglichkeit ins Zimmer zu kommen! Kein eigener Parkplatz, Gepäck ausladen auf der Straße bei laufendem Verkehr. Frühstück im Bistro nebenan nicht besonders gut und unfreundliche Bedienung.

  Great location, but no housekeeping and off-site breakfast. Exclusions should be clearly highlighted

  The location is excellent. It's very close to Como San Giovanni station and walkable to the piers, which made getting around easy. The pistachio croissant at breakfast was delicious.

  The cupboards were very dusty. Every time we opened them to put our clothes away, dust flew out. The bathroom sink drained very slowly and filled up quickly. I had to remove the drain cover myself to get the water to flow. There was no housekeeping during our 4-night stay. The room was never cleaned and the bed was never made. When I asked, the staff said housekeeping isn't included. This wasn't clearly stated on the booking page, and if it had been, we wouldn't have booked. Breakfast is served at a café outside the property and has only about 5 items. Over 4 days it got repetitive. This also wasn't made clear in the description. The café staff also didn't feel welcoming. They greeted us only now and then, and at times we just felt ignored. The AC didn't work. The staff said local rules mean it's switched off for the cold season, but the room was very warm at night. We had to open the window to cool down, which didn't feel safe to leave open while we slept.

  An overwhelmingly negative experience with bad value for money.

  The location, availability of a crib, decent selection of international channels on the TV for those rainy days as well as an available breakfast.

  Upon arrival we were greeted by a set of used and dirty dishes and coffee machine and in general a dusty and hastily cleaned apartment. Upon mentioning these issues to the staff, they promised to look into it but at the time of check out after our 3 night stay we had yet to see someone about it. The communication is done primarily over WhatsApp, which is fine but it proved to be inconsistent and unreliable, and at least partially run by bots. Our room was otherwise quite small, badly ventilated and damp. Despite following the video instructions, like some of the other reviewers, we couldn’t get the heating to work. We are all for cleaning and changing laundry solely when needed but the trash cans are incredibly small and filled up quickly with the diapers of our 1 year old. We assumed the staff would be aware of this fact as we booked the room accordingly and requested a crib. We would have also been fine with getting rid of the trash ourselves if instructions would have been provided. To our surprise when cleaning staff was servicing other rooms on the second day of our stay, they skipped our room. We thought about letting all of these issues slide as we didn’t have huge expectations for a 3 star apartment in Italy but on the last night of our stay we discovered several blood stains on our mattress underneath the bedsheets which was the last straw and prompted us to write this review. A mention of this prompted a standard scripted response from their WhatsApp chatbot. Two days after leaving the place we have yet to receive any response from human staff. Overall an overwhelmingly negative experience with bad value for money.

  Borde vara bättre info om boendet på booking.

  Läget.

  Dåligt ljus i foajén som var ett check-in-boende, så det var svårt att hitta utan att sätta på ficklampan på telefonen och leta sig fram och detta var mitt på dagen. Dåligt ljus på toaletten, min man kunde knappt raka sig. Ingen städ eller byte av handdukar på 3 nätter, och det fanns ingen handdukstork. Ingen Wifi på 1;a våningen vilket skulle ingått, vi fick gå ner i trappan för att ansluta. Stenhårda sängar och kuddar. Frukosten bestod av en toast, croissant, kaffe och juice, i baren bredvid boendet.

  There was mold extensively in the first room. The second room there was much less but still had mold in the shower.
