    Great property and location

    Fantastic location within easy walk of beach and numerous restaurants and bars. The VIP Mexican restaurant across the road is fabulous and very reasonable ($50 for 2 meals and a beer and glass of wine). The property has everything you need although could do with updating saucepans, crockery and other kitchen utensils. The air conditioning was very efficient, although a ceiling fan in the bedrooms would be a great idea so there wasn’t the need to run the air con over night. Resort Rentals were fantastic, very responsive and resolved a couple of maintenance problems immediately. It was reassuring to know that we could contact them if needed. The local beaches are stunning and Fort de Soto and Honeymoon Island were our favourites. We would definitely return.

    The floor in the main bedroom desperately needs replacing as the laminate boards are loose with large gaps and the threshold is a trip hazard. The pool wasn’t cleaned once during our 13 night stay, which we understand is nothing to do with Resort Rentals but all the apartments need to organise a pool cleaning service for their guests.
