Delightful staff
The staff were very welcoming and upbeat, they clearly wanted to make certain we had a good time. The gardens are beautifully maintained and relaxing. Various different places to sit or recline. The pool is a good size and clean with plenty of exceptionally dreamy lounging beds. Plenty of shaded area too. Particularly liked the outdoor bar, a lovely place for sundowners. The restaurant under the olive trees with its delicate lighting is delightful.
We did point out that later in the season when possible raining that the soft seating area outside the room gets wet and unusable. Ideally glass or clear Perspex could be positioned over the cane shading to stop the cushioning getting soaked. They did however bring a change of cushioning when asked. The breakfasts are terrific and plentiful. The restaurant serves a varied menu and very nicely presented although rather priced and we may have eaten more often in the restaurant if a few less expensive dishes.

Todo fue fantástico. La comida, el servicio, las instalaciones, la habitación. El staff muy atento, amable. Siempre con recomendaciones y buena conversación. Hacían todo lo posible por darnos gusto y complacernos.

Tranquil, lovely spot with great food and excellent staff
Great food, wonderful location, totally stylish place, friendly, very lovely staff
We had an issue with the shower in the room which leaked all over the place. The staff were slightly dismissive when we raised this - sort of ‘it is what it is’ vibe. But when we raised it again before checking out they gave us a 15 percent discount which we thought was great, a very cool gesture, which made us leave with very good memories of a great hotel

Es sencillamente perfecto. La ubicación, las habitaciones, la comida , el personal.. un 10! Si buscas desconectar en un hotel maravillosamente decorado, con un personal que te hace sentir como en casa y en plena naturaleza es éste! Su director ha conseguido un equipo inmejorable.
