A small but very cozy villa with friendly and helpful staff in the heart of Seminyak, a 5-minute walk from the main street with bars and clubs. Yet, it's on a very quiet street.

Excellent villa! I recommend it!
We had a wonderful stay at this villa! We came with friends and really enjoyed our time here. The villa is clean, cozy, and very comfortable, and the pool was beautiful and perfectly clean. The staff were amazing and very helpful throughout our stay. We especially loved the location — everything you need is nearby, and the main tourist street is just a short walk away, which made it very convenient. We would definitely love to come back again. Thank you to the team and to Elena for such a great experience!

Great stay here!
The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable beds, nice linen and good air conditioning, plenty drinking water provided. Staff come in most days, are very friendly and helpful and good communication. The location was good, plenty of good eating places in 5 min walk. It was easy to catch Grab taxi's if needed. It's close to main Seminyak shopping street, 5-10min walk, 30 min walk to Seminyak beach, there's a good supermarket at Sunset point shops 5mins walk. We enjoyed cooling off in the pool.
The property doesn't have an inside lounge area. The kitchen, dining area is under cover but outside. It has a ceiling fan above the area but can still be warm during the day. We still enjoyed our stay.
