    The decoration and the facilities

    The staff not good at English, quite difficult to communicate. Also, the dinner (JP) not that much impressive and took too much time and really not flexible when we wanted to changed to be the same as our friends'

    Staff was friendly yet professional.

    1 person in our party was given a room where the toilet set was broken and tap coming off. They were duly given a better room as no others were available. I am surprised though that the cleaning staff didn't highlight the broken appliances to management before it was handed over.
