    Never again.

Rue, the housekeeper/cleaner was exceptional and made up for the terrible experience with Alice the manager.

Poor service and communication from first point of contact, Alice/Alicia. Highly unprofessional misrepresenting with pricing inconsistently and changing “rules” to extort more money.
