    Bad experience. In fact I have been using booking dot com for 15 plus years. I never had a bad experience like this.

    It is a low cost, poorly maintained property. Our kids said their school hostel food is far superior to what they got!

    Untrained staff. Poor food quality, not even basic fare for breakfast, highly used linen, dated in room furniture, dated bathing supplies
