    Um sonho em Knysna

Simplesmente sensacional.

    Tudo estava sensacional.

    Totally dissatisfied

    Nothing

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Amanzi. I had to leave earlier than planned, and I was promised a refund for one night that I did not use. It has now been over a month, and I am still waiting for my refund. What disappoints me most is the lack of follow-through on a promise made to a paying customer. I believe that good customer service extends beyond the initial booking and includes honouring commitments made to guests. Unfortunately, this experience has left me completely dissatisfied. I expected better service and professionalism, and the way this matter has been handled has negatively affected my impression of Amanzi. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and resolves the outstanding refund.
