    Location

    I rarely leave negative reviews about any experience, but I feel I have to write this one to warn others to avoid this hotel. At the very least, please refuse any room on the second floor, especially Room 206. We booked a hotel to get some proper rest, but at 6 a.m., we were woken up by extremely loud clattering noises coming from the kitchen on the ground floor. It was impossible to sleep. After a long day, all we wanted was a good night’s rest, but being assigned Room 206 turned our stay into a frustrating experience. If I had known about this beforehand, I would never have booked this hotel in the first place. Save yourself the trouble and avoid Room 206! Never again. Goodbye!

    I appreciated how the hotel maintained a calm atmosphere even though there were other guests around. My room felt private and comfortable. The only thhat slightly bothered me was hearing some activity in the corridor early one morning, but it was brief and didn’t ruin my stay.

    There were quite a few small details that made the stay pleasant. The shared areas were clean and well maintained, and I liked the fresh smell around the entrance when coming back to the hotel. The room itself was comfortable and easy to settle into after a day out. My only minor issue was the lighting at night, which could have been a little brighter for reading. It wasn't a major problem, but it was something I noticed during the stay. Other than that, everything worked well and I had a comfortable experience overall.

    The reception team was one of the strongest parts of my experience. They were approachable and didn’t make me feel like I was asking too many questions. There was a short wait when I needed assistance during a busy period, but I understand that the team was handling several guests at once.
