Consigliato!

Good location, suitable for a beach holiday, but without children
The staff was kind and explained the rules politely. However, families with very young children sometimes need hot water before breakfast time. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide access to a clean kettle or hot water in such situations. The kettle available also needed better cleaning.
