Not much to say. Very cut away and access was a bit tough to get there. Rooms were ok but lack of staff and housekeeping

The room was small but bed was comfortable

There was a shower area only in one bathroom. Water pressure as v poor, showers in other rooms were in a bathtub and leaking etc etc. One bathtub was blocked. Shower gel and handwash containers were not checked prior to our arrival and were empty. No fresh towels even when they got wet. No daily housekeeping or cleaning of rooms etc. Breakfast was packed and served cold in boxes. Common dining area was very small so space was limited for our family. Pool was not cleaned so could not use it.

    Amazing villa

The place was amazing and clean. The kids loved it. It was easy access to the ATV and a 15 minutes walk to the waterfall. When ordering Grab pleases copy this address for accuracy : F72P+HG Kemenuh, Gianyar Regency, Bali In grab it doesn't show the right location of the villa

In Grab application the address of the villa doesn't show up and we had difficulties reaching the villa when we first arrived there. The correct address to enter in Grab when ordering the taxi is: F72P+HG Kemenuh, Gianyar Regency, Bali
