The level of cleanness is out of chart. I won't stay this property under current conditions again.
The kitchen and bathroom are new and clean. This house is next to bush land which makes it feel very tranquil on the upper floor.
The downstairs bedroom cleanliness was very poor. In both of them, there were living bugs (e.g. a spider in the corner of bedroom, bugs under the blankets in the bed as well as ants and cockroaches occasionally found crawling in the rooms themselves. Additionally, there were dead moths on bedsheets, dead bugs on carpet. When we slid the couch to watch TV, a dead huntsman spider which was as big as a 50 cent coin was just there. We decided not to open the windows because the fly screens were full of dust and spider webs which in turn lead to lack of fresh air to a degree. There was one air conditioner in sitting room that we could find. Additionally, regarding the quality of the keeping itself, all of the bedrooms' carpets were not vacuumed before arrival which forced us to do it ourselves. When we did so, the vacuum cleaner was full of dust and dirty which smelled horrid and lingered for over two nights. Within the furthest room from the entrance on the bottom floor (not facing the bathroom), the bed planks were not laid properly in a manner which allowed residents to sink far too deep into the bed itself. I ask that the owner of this house puts more consideration into maintaining this house by at least performing routine checkups on the cleanliness.

Three double beds! Wifi, aircon, a good kitchen and a huge TV for the cricket. Perfect for us.
