تاكد من اتفاقاتك مع مالك المكان بكل التفاصيل قبل أن تحجز
الفيلا نظيفه وبها كافه ما تحتاجه للااقامه
مكتوب انها توفر دخول الى الشاطى وعند الوصول ومحاولة التواصل مع المالك لمعرفه الشاطئ الخاص باالفيلا لم يرد على اتصالاتي وكان المفترض أن أدفع حوالي 120 دولارا زيادة للدخول الى الشاطئ انا وهائلتي وعند تقديم شكوى الى الدعم تنصل من المراسلات بيني وبينه وادعى على خلاف الحقيقه بأنني انا من طلب الدخول الى شاطئ مخصص ورفضت الشاطئ المجاني .. علما بأنه لا يوجد هناك شاطئ مجاني في كامل المكان بالكامل تعرضت للخداع وهذا لا يروقني

The pool was clean
First of all, the bedsheets and pillowcases were not changed, and the bathrooms were not cleaned after the previous guests checked out—this is absolutely unacceptable. Furthermore: Air Conditioning: The AC units function merely as fans; there is no cooling whatsoever. Kitchenware: The pots and pans provided are completely unfit for human use. Seating Capacity: The villa is advertised to accommodate 8 people, yet there are only 3 chairs available for use on the terrace. Main Bathroom: The shower leaks a massive amount of water onto the floor. At the same time, the bathroom drain is clogged, leaving the bathroom constantly flooded. Additionally, the toilet seat is broken, causing anyone who uses it to slip or fall. Please pay closer attention to the details, especially regarding cleanliness and the maintenance of the air conditioners."
