    Really stressful and badly managed

    Perfect location, close to the city centre.

    Really bad management No one was there to support us if we encountered any issues with the accommodation. We experienced a problem with the door in the middle of the night, around 2 a.m. We found ourselves stuck inside the flat and could only get out when the door was unlocked remotely, as the key wouldn't work. This issue persisted throughout our two-day stay. My partner began to panic because there were no windows in the flat, so there was no other way of getting out except using the main door. It was a kind of basement apartment, which left me feeling unhappy since the pictures in the advertisement looked completely different from the actual flat. In the end, a very kind local technician managed to come over and assist, but we lost most of our second day after this issue, so my overall stay was completely compromised. I did not enjoy my stay. I spent hours on the phone with the company managing the flats, which is located over 600 km away in northern Italy. I also had to wait for hours for a technician to arrive. They were sceptical about our door issue, so in the end, we had to record various videos to prove it. It was really, really bad and stressful.
