    Clean well equipped property, well located for exploring.

    The property was clean and welcoming. The key code was emailed a couple of hours before arrival and the place was easy to find. The sofa bed is comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped for evening meals. Messages about the property were answered promptly and politely. The location was great for a day out at nearby National trust property Belton Estate.

    The property is about a half hour walk from the station, but does have parking. The only thing missing is a small table in front of the sofa to put our cups of tea on.

    Great communication and location

    Excellent communication prior to check in. Clean, comfortable, plenty of on-road parking, useful garden space, well stocked kitchen and nice bright house.
