    It was an unprofessional service . Three days of constant email and calls to get problems ms solved

    Bedroom Carpets were soaking wet for two days . Had to sleep on the couch. Could not use the shower for four days as the shower drain was blocked .We had to shower in our daughtets house which was inconvenient as she had a two week old baby . This is why we were staying in the accomodation . It took three days of calls and emails to get the problems solved. This experience over shadowed what should have been a joyous visit.

    Clean and tidy apartment. Clear and helpful instructions and quick responses from staff. Convenient location next to the station and a short ride to London bridge.

    Some staining or burn marks on the carpet but when informing the host they were very apologetic and said they would be looking into this after our stay. Thank you for your support.
