Amazing apartment, but not the host

there are many good things I can say about the apartment, the location is amazing and very safe area, the apartment was clean and spacious and the check in process was really easy, each room was equipped with everything you need and our stay was really pleasant, the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay, the apartment was really nice and we enjoyed our time there

the only downside about the apartment is the host, they are not helpful at all and barely reply, the fridge stopped working and I informed them about it but they dismissed me until I talked to booking and they talked to them and after 4 days they finally sent someone by that time our food was spoiled and we threw everything, also the dishwasher is broken but they didn't fix it until the end of our stay
