Sehr gute Lage, um zu Fuß und auch mit dem Bus den Innbereich von Athen zu erkunden.
Frühstück war für uns passend und gut. Nikos hat sich erkundigt ob wir noch etwas benötigen und sogleich reagiert.
Schimmel im innenliegenden Badezimmer.

The beds were very uncomfortable to sleep on and their was construction going on in the apartment above us starting early in the morning.

Breakfast was reasonable. The kitchen facilities were great. The rooftop view was great.
The air conditioner didn't work in the bedroom. The lift was very unsafe and was covered in cardboard. The area around the hotel wasn't pleasant. Mould in the bathroom. Had to wait 20 minutes for the hot water.

Top Lage! Von der Metro aus gut zu erreichen und man ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß mitten drin und auch recht flott bei der Akropolis. Der Blick vom Dach ist wunderschön, erst recht nachts. Man hat genug Platz, Kühlschrank ist ausreichend gefüllt.
Das Möbiliar zum Teil sehr abgewohnt und sollte ausgetauscht werden. Im Bad (und auch in geringerem Ausmaß in einem der Schlafzimmer) gibt es ein Schimmelproblem, dessen man sich DRINGEND annehmen sollte. Auf der Dachterrasse gibt es nur Stühle, leider keinen Tisch.
