    Perfect place for our friends get together

    The rooms are a good size, has a nice balcony to look out to the beach to relax. There's enough towels provided as well as cooking utensils. The host Val is very responsive to questions I have. The masters bedroom is a good size with an attached bathroom You can just cross the street and be on the beach.

    The elevator wait during peak hours but other than that, everything worked well for our froup 9f 8 people. .

    Only complaint was the elevators, which is to be expected with a big resort but some elevators did not work and would wait sometimes 30 min for elevator. Stairs weren't an option due to friend having a a fairly new knee replacement.

    Five stars for the view, one star for the cleanliness.

    The location was nice, right across the street from the beach. Walking distance to everything.

    The view was beautiful, but unfortunately that was the highlight of our stay. My family drove over 9½ hours expecting a clean, guest-ready condo. Instead, we arrived to dirty floors, questionable bedding, buildup in the washing machine, and other cleanliness issues throughout the unit. I spent much of the first two days of our vacation cleaning instead of relaxing. What was most disappointing was being told the condo had been cleaned and inspected prior to our arrival. Based on what we encountered and documented with photos and videos, that was difficult to reconcile with the actual condition of the property. Because of the condition of the washer and dryer, I was not comfortable using them and ended up purchasing cleaning supplies as well as new sheets and comforters for my family at my own expense. The location and view were great, but cleanliness is a basic expectation when renting a vacation property. I cannot recommend this condo based on my experience. Unit #625
