Fijne plek in het centrum van Cernobbio
Midden in het centrum. Mooie ruime slaapkamer. Goede bedden. Ook de slaapbank was prima. Balkon met openslaande deuren over de hele lengte van het appartement.
Weinig mokken en glazen. De online incheck procedure is een uitdaging. Maar als het eenmaal is gelukt, werkt het prima.

Beautiful apartment, but customer service could be improved
The apartment is beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and nicely renovated. We really liked the location and overall enjoyed our three-night stay. The apartment itself was exactly what we were looking for and we felt very comfortable there.
The TV did not work during our entire three-night stay. We contacted the host about the problem, but unfortunately it was never resolved. After a full day of sightseeing, it would have been nice to come back in the evening, relax and watch TV. Also, for a three-night stay, only one large bath towel and one small towel per person were provided. I think two large bath towels per person would have been more appropriate. The apartment itself is lovely, but the customer service and responsiveness could definitely be improved.

Tolles Appartment an toller Lage
Suoer Lage, 2 Min. zur Bustelle, zur Schiffstation und zum Lido. Das Appartement ist ziemlich gross, mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem aeognbereuch plus Küche sowie einem Bad mit Dusche. Man muss vorgängig das Check-In online machen und die Touristengebühr mit Kreditkarte bezahlen. Danach erhält man die Unterlage ln wie man zu den Schlüsseln kommt. Ist alles einfach ubd unkompliziert.
Man bekommt den Lärm von der Strasse mit. Falls man einen leichten Schlaf hat, könnte man evtl. nicht so gut schlafen.
