    Bello ma sporco. Impossibile corrispondere col proprietario

    Appartamento grande in ottima posizione

    L'appartamento era terribilmente sporco. Nonostante abbia scritto e chiamato ripetutamente per avere informazioni non sono mai riuscito a parlare con il gestore fino a due giorni prima dell'arrivo e solo perchè ho dovuto pagsre 52$ fuori da Booking.

    Cucarachas, condiciones insalubres y un anfitrión que nunca respondió

    NADA.

    Desde el primer día encontramos cucarachas dentro del apartamento y tuvimos que comprar insecticida. Además, tuvimos que comprar cinta adhesiva para tapar un hueco en la pared por donde salían las cucarachas. La ducha no tenía agua caliente y la limpieza del apartamento era muy deficiente. Lo peor fue que reportamos todos estos problemas al anfitrión durante nuestra estancia y nunca tuvo la decencia de responder nuestros mensajes, ofrecer una solución o siquiera disculparse. Pagamos un precio muy alto por un apartamento en tan malas condiciones. Definitivamente no lo recomendaría.

    Muy recomendable

    Todo estaba excelente.

    Debe mejorar urgente que en el momento que como cliente te pones en contacto con el propietario por WhatsApp , este nunca contesta por esa vía, solo contenta mediante Booking y un poco lentas las respuestas.
